Some PSU (power supply unit) cables that power your computer hardware can have missing pins - in other words, the metal conductors inside them. Is this normal?
Well yes, in many cases having 1 (or even 2) missing pins might be fine - especially on the 24-pin ATX cable that powers your motherboard, and the 8-pin PCIe cables that power our graphics cards.
