How to IPL MF Sandbox System
1. Log off and disconnect the terminal.
2. Stop the DB2 database by entering `-stop db2` in the console.
3. Terminate CICS by entering `f cicsa,cemt p shut`.
4. Shut down all remaining processes except JES2 by entering `s shutall`.
5. Approximately 1 minute after step 4, enter `$pjes2` to stop JES2.
6. Quiesce the system.
