Revamped the ClickUp workspace in my day job.
Before: 1 list per client project with countless tasks.
Now: 1 streamlined list with a single task and subtasks for the whole project.
Easier than ever for the team to stay on top of projects.
The downside to doing it this way is you can't schedule subtasks into different sprints. That means what ever sprint the parent task is in, all the subtasks will be in that sprint too.
