How I Handle Project Statuses In ClickUp
-- THE PROBLEM --
Our example project only has Open, In Progress, and Closed. If we make tasks in that example project, we want to see them in the backlog and then add them to the sprint so we can plan our work. The problem is that these tasks won't use the backlog or sprint statuses.
-- THE SOLUTION --
Create a global status list for your project folder. Now you can keep the project as the home list and freely add tasks and subtasks to other lists.
