How I Beat Pokemon Blue WITHOUT EXP
Today we're trying something really cool - a No EXP run of Pokemon Blue. And as if that wasn't hard enough I'm also banning legendries, rare candies, stat boosting items, using items in battle, using the daycare and the usual ban of exploits. This one took a lot of strategy to get through, but I'm happy with the final team I put together. Do you think there's a better team available under these rules? Let me know down in the comments!
