1 organic Avocado 🥑
1 Tablespoon Organic Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Organic Olive Oil
Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Poke 7 eggs on the bigger end with the poker. With the included cup, measure water to the hard boil line, put on the lid and turn on the unit. An alarm will sound when the eggs are done.
While the eggs are cooking peel Avocado and mash.
When eggs are completed, cut in half and separate the yolks, mashing them in with the avocado. Add salt, pepper, mustard, olive oil. Add lime juice if desired.
Spoon mixture into egg white halves and top with Paprika and Bacon Bits
