What is Metascore? Metascore is a score out of 100 for games, movies, music, etc., published by Metacritic, a review aggregation site operated by CBS Interactive. A score of 75 or above is considered a good game.
What is a user score? Like the Metascore, it is displayed alongside the Metascore on the Metacritic website. Users of Metacritic can rate it. Personally, I consider a rating above 8.0 to be quite high.
Steam ratings: If it's very popular, I don't think it's a crappy game.
