Project: Copley at Crown, Gaithersburg MD {Autumn 2018}
Requirements: Our client, McWilliams Ballard (https://mcwb.com) requested a virtual tour of the model units and amenities as well as footage to show the vibrant community.
What we did: We had already taken the still photography used on the website, collateral, and listings. It was great to go back and capture the feel of the spaces in a fluid interactive tour. We shot the interior spaces during the brighter part of the afternoon and then ventured to the outdoor amenities with a great sunset--it really helped us imagine and portray how great it would be to sit by the outdoor community fireplace on a crisp fall evening. As night came on it was a quick stroll into the surrounding neighborhood bustling with restaurants and shops and every convenience one could need. We compiled the footage and put it to approved music we selected and licensed for our client.
