This vintage, super fast aperture prime was part of Vivitar’s professional line: The SERIES 1. After a long and successful stint marketing and rebranding lenses designed Japanese manufacturers, Vivitar took it a step further by commissioning- Engineers in the US to implement innovative lens designs for their professional line.
This uniquely built telephoto was part of a set of primes lenses made for the Series 1 flagship.
