Sunrise in Gumeracha...
It's sunrise in Gumeracha
There's a pink glow in the sky
The big Rocking Horse is all excited
Cos Sam Mac's dropping by!
Its a cold and frosty morning
And that's nothing new around here
But you'll get a warm welcome at the Big Rocking Horse
Despite the time of year
The "Horse" has had a spruce up
Combed his hair and brushed his teeth
With a brand new coat of paint
On his back and underneath
He towers above the gumtrees
Welcoming all who take the time
To come and say G'day to him
And bids them "come and climb!"
Are you brave enough to reach the top
Are your ladder legs at the ready?
Its just a matter of one step at a time
Just breathe and take it steady!
I promise it'll be worth it
You'll get "rocking" view
And when you get down there'll even be
A certificate waiting for you!
All the Animals in the park
Are waving feathers and hooves and paws
To say "Happy Sunrise Australia"
Welcome to you and yours!
They'd all love you to come and visit
And have a cuppa and a pie
Check out the wooden toys and souvenirs
There's heaps to please the eye!
So come on up to Gumeracha
You'll be really glad you did
Cos when you clock your eyes on the Big Rocking Horse
You'll be bound to flip ya lid!
