File/folder is in use by another program.
If you're here its because you want to essentially "unlock" or delete a file or folder that is in use , and therefore locked.
You can use resource monitor on windows PC to search for keywords. Then the keyword search will generate a list of processes that are using the searched keyword and give you the option of ending the process. Also, the resource monitor will tell you useful information such as the process ID of the processes and also the paths.
