End-to-end cloud network from RAN to Core leveraging AWS cloud
Samsung offers flexibility for its customers with diverse vRAN network architectures, including vRAN through public cloud. The company has already commercially deployed its vCU through AWS’ public cloud platform, and recently, demonstrated a successful first call through its vDU powered by AWS Outpost infrastructure. This minimizes initial hardware investments for enterprises and operators to accelerate commercial vRAN deployments. Samsung will continue its collaboration with AWS to build and operate an end-to-end network from RAN to Core through AWS’ public cloud.
