VW Golf 8.5 GTI Clubsport! The top GTI in the facelift check (2024)
VW is renewing the Golf family. After the standard version, the Variant, the GTE, and the base GTI, the GTI Clubsport is finally getting its facelift.
And Volkswagen is taking the term "facelift" quite literally. The new Clubsport is essentially the same model with refined styling. Technically, it retains the familiar 300 hp of the 2.0 TSI engine. Consequently, the performance figures are also on par with the previous model. Only the top speed increases by 1 km/h to 267 km/h when equipped with the "Race Package."
