My Lens is out of action, but I still need to find subjects to photograph.
While my big lens is in the repair shop I still need to keep busy finding subjects to photograph and I still have the 300mm f4 lens as a backup.
I put some time into finding a place to film drumming Great-spotted woodpecker and also film them excavating their nest hole.
I use the Buteo single person hide on a hill side so I am almost at the same height as the birds.
