How To Make A Wordpress Website Be Recognized By Google?
In order to do it follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your Google account, into the one you want to be connected with your Wordpress website.
2. Go to search .google. com.
3. The on the left top part of the window click on the "add new resource".
4. In the appeared window go to URL prefix (right side).
5. Copy paste your website URL there and press on continue.
6. In the appeared window go to HTML tag part and copy the meta tag.
7. Log into your Wordpress website and go to the Yoast plugin - General - Webmaster tools.
8. Paste in the code into the field - Google Verification Code. Click on save changes.
9. Come back to the Google Search Console and click on VERIFY .
10. Now you can add the URLs of the webpages to be indexed by Google.
Make sure you add all of existing pages including the blog.
