How to Block User on My Smart Basic School System
In this video, I explain how to block a user on the Smart Basic School System. Ensure you have a super administrator account to perform this task.
Steps to Block a User:
Log in as Super Administrator: Only super administrators can block users.
Access Block User Interface: Click on the 'Block User' card to open the interface.
Search for User: Type the user's name or ID in the search box to find the user.
Select User: Choose the user from the search results.
To Change User Details:
Edit User Details: Make changes in the respective input boxes.
Update Records: Click on the 'Reset' button to save the changes.
To Block a User:
Block User: Click on the 'Block User' switch button located at the top left corner of the form.
To Delete a User:
Delete User: Click on the 'Delete User' button at the top right corner of the form.
Note: It is not recommended to delete a user, as this will permanently remove all their records from the system, and it cannot be recovered.
