I have had so many messages from people who battle anxiety letting me know that this capture their thoughts and feelings.

Anxiety
Is this what it means to have anxiety?
Scared to leave and enter society.
Being petrified to explore new places.
Dripping with sweat at thoughts of unfamiliar faces.
But would you still be so afraid.
If you realised it is in God's image we are all made.
There is no separation between you and me.
He created everything your eye can see
There is also lots more that is hidden in plain sight.
We are born to love and have to learn to fight.
So turn inward not outward to find your true power.
Remember us not him created the hour.
There is no past, and there is no future.
Just this moment now you don't need a suture.
You are not broken as we are all perfect creatures.
We are not meant to judge each other by outward features.
These bodies are just a vehicle for our souls.
They may break down but our spirit can't spring holes.
So don't let your ego take on that label.
Don't let it write your life as a fable.
You are perfect just the way you do be.
