RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS is a chronic inflammatory symmetrical predominantly small joint peripheral erosive polyarthritis .
Usually the wrist , metacarpophalangeal and the proximal interphalangeal joints are involved.
Extra articular manifestations can also exist as mentioned in the video.
Treatment is done using DMARD's like methotrexate, sulfasalazine , lefluonamide etc
