Insulated concrete form construction is easy using Earth Friendly Block(tm). EF Blocks are 10" x 12" x 60" (5 feet long). Each time you place one standard block you cover 5 sq. ft. of wall surface. Blocks are lightweight (approximately 45-48 lbs. each), dry-stacked, spot glued, rebar is inserted and walls are grouted solid with concrete. What you end up with is solid concrete house walls that are equal to an R-40 insulation. They are fire, and sound resistant, and bugs and termites dont eat or nest into the block walls.
