Today I'm gonna show you the recipe of chatkara beaf boti / chatpati beef boti .
Ingredients:
Beef boti cut - 1kg
Onion - 2 small
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 5 cloves
Tez pat'te - 2 leaf
Cinnamon - 1stick
Salt - 1tsp
Water - 1/2 glass
SPICES :
Namak 1/2tsp
Zeera powder 1/2tsp
Haldi 1/4tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp bhar ke
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Black pepper 1//4tsp
Corn flour 3tbsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Aur ab mix krengy
Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
OIL FOR FRYING
RED HOT COAL
RINGS OF ONION FOR GARNISH
SLICE OF LEMON FOR GARNISH
