Here, I dissect a preliminary version of a site on teaching arithmetic to young children. The site takes a Khan Academy approach, but it uses a series of textbooks from the late 19th century, Ray's Arithmetic. This was comparable to the McGuffey Reader series, but for arithmetic. I offer suggestions from the point of view of ease of access to the videos. A successful site must be intuitive to use. This takes careful planning. It must not be cluttered. This site has a lot of content: videos. It is cluttered. It need not be cluttered. It needs to be re-designed.
