As an experienced data analyst, I'm always excited to explore how technology can help businesses grow. 🚀
Recently, I had the opportunity to work on an exciting open-source project for an organization in the events industry, where I showcased my skills and expertise in data-driven solutions.
👉 The challenge was to build a modern data platform that could help the organization make data-driven decisions, carry out targeted marketing, and improve customer experiences - all of which I achieved through my strategic approach and comprehensive understanding of data management.
👨💻 After reviewing the requirements, I devised a solid approach and a possible architecture for the project.

🤖 My proposed architecture features Microsoft Power BI as a Business Intelligence tool to drive customer insights and influence data-driven (evidence-based) decision-making for the business.
I also introduced Dynamics CRM as the interface to view and manage all marketing campaigns, while also integrating merchandising data from the eCommerce platform and expanding customer experiences with further partners and data sources.
