Anime Trainz: Haruka Mirai - Black Clover
White Coal - Thomas is a tank engine who spends his time doing dirty jobs while the prestigious tender engines pull coaches and look down on him and his fellow tank engines. He has a rival, a silver streamlined tender engine named Spencer who is better then him in every way. One day Thomas rescues a tender engine from a crash and is rewarded a branch line and his very own coaches!
