Whoa, I'm starting to pick up pace again. A new track and it hasn't even been 6 months?
I am happy to present a remix of an NK classic. This is something i have been wanting to do ever since i got my bearings as a producer 6 years ago. However i never felt i could make anything decent that could be considered a worthy remix. Rukkus and his tracks, although often not utmost of quality, are definitely iconic and its that reputation that repelled me from trying to remix the. Now, after more than half a decade later, i decided to have an attempt in remixing one of his tracks. Although there were many others that were in my list of potential candidates, it was "Figures" that hit me in right places the most (at least in that moment).
Not gonna bother you with production details. Just know that it was pretty smooth sailing from beginning to end with few roadblocks in the way (that's practically given with every project though)
Hopefully i could live up to the original while giving my own twist to it.
