Meet Jeff; Jeff is stoned.
Random recording found on an old R2R tape.
This is a mini tape, 3inch across, used for home recoding or old tape Dictaphone machines. I picked the tape up a few years back, and seemingly i never got around to listening to it, which is odd in itself.
Jeff seem to be from the US, lives with his Dad, seems to be stoned. Unsure of the date, but he is singing 60s/hippy tunes.
Tape quality seems too good to be from that era tho.
Anyway- Hail Jeff, wherever he may be!
