☆ Chocolate Ganache Whip (MAKES FOR 6)
• 1 cup (140g) semi-sweet chocolate https://amzn.to/33OTnvx
• 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (microwaved for 1 minute until hot)
1) Pour the heavy whipping cream onto the semi-sweet chocolate and mix until fully combined and melted together
2) Place in the freezer for 20 minutes, or until cold to the touch
3) Whip on high speed with a hand-held mixer for 3 minutes or until fluffed and stiff peaks form
☆ Chocolate Details
• 1 tablespoon cocoa chocolate melts https://amzn.to/3JTHILm
• 1 tablespoon white chocolate melts https://amzn.to/3sfY3DR
• yellow gel food coloring https://amzn.to/3sZ9or2
1) Melt the chocolates in separate bowls for 30 seconds, or until melted
2) Add yellow gel food coloring to the white chocolate, and mix until combined
3) Add both into a piping bag and pipe details
