3.3 Vaal Burning Arrow Elementalist - T11 Spider Forest (ISC)
Quick gameplay video of Vaal Burning Arrow build, which I made as an elementalist. This build is pretty good after you hit level 80, because you can use Stormfire Opal Ring. In order to make this build work as intended, we maximize our lightning damage output (cold is optional, but nice too) and certify to do 0 fire damage with our attacks, then, using Stormfire, all lightning damage can shock AND ignite, then you just let the ignite spread and go to the next pack of mobs.
