[3.15] Spectral Helix Raider - Expedition Softcore PoE
This is not the most broken skill in the game, but it is really fun! Done all the red maps conquerors up til Awakening 5 and Sirus was actually easy!
If you consider the Inpulsa (I linked it, not bought 6L), the budget for this build is near 8-10 ex and has the potential to be even better with Mark on hit rings, mark of the shaper, cluster jewels setup and another chest (Frenzy charge on hit would be BIS).
