Making some delicious traditional Bavarian style Potato Salad (Kartoffelsalat) and practicing some German pronunciation at the same time.

750g - festkochende Kartoffeln (Firm Potatoes)
1 - Zwiebeln (Onion)
100 ml - Gemüsebrühe (Vegetable Broth)

1/2 EL - Zucker (Sugar)
1/4 TL Salz - (Salt)

500g - Salatgurke (Cucumber)
1/2 Bund - Schnittlauch (Chives)
