⅛ tsp Salt
60g Brown Sugar
50g Evaporated Milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
2. Place the walnuts in a mesh strainer, wash and rinse them thoroughly.
3. Spread the walnuts in an even layer on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
4. Add the walnuts and rice flour to a food processor. Process until the walnuts are finely and evenly ground.
5. Add 200g of water and 1 tbsp of oil to the walnut mixture. Process at high speed until a smooth paste forms.
6. Add the remaining water to the paste and blend until completely smooth. Blending time is about 2 minutes, depending on the power of your appliance.
7. Sieve the mixture using a fine strainer. Sieve again before pouring into a cooking pot.
