Eyes shut reflex professional goalkeeper training session from Newport County! Something a little bit different in this video.... working on the goalkeepers reaction times and reflexes, it brings a fun element to the session as well.
This session can be done with all ages and abilities, the service can be adjusted for varying levels of goalkeepers.
If your working with multiple small groups obviously the goalkeepers will have to tune in to the ball in their session, something to consider.
