Skotizo Old School RuneScape
In this video, I show you how to defeat Skotizo in Old School RuneScape since this video is a Skotizo Fight Guide in 4K video quality. Skotizo is located in Kourend Underground, which is located under the King Rada I statue. You can go under the King Rada I statue and access it by teleporting to Arceuus Library.
The Dark Totem Base, Dark Totem Middle, and Dark Totem Top can be combined to create the Dark Totem. Use the Dark Totem on the Altar in order to access Skotizo and fight him. The Dark Totem has a single use. You must collect all three pieces of the Dark Totem again if you want to fight Skotizo a second time.
It takes about 6-28 hours of fighting Hellhounds, Jellies, Fire Giants, or Jellies in order to get the totem pieces. I recommend training on Jellies or Aberrant Spectres (using the Nose Peg of course). It's easier to collect the pieces while training Slayer for the eventually Grostesque Guardians fight.
You must also use the Arclight sword in order to destroy the Awakened Altars. The Awakened Altars appear in the compass at the top left of you screen. You should defeat them with a normal Arclight swing because they supposedly raise Skotizo's defense rating. You get the Arclight by using 3 Ancient Shards on the Darklight, which you get during the Shadow of the Storm Quest, which I made a video for on Youtube also.
