Duels vs Phantasmar 2 [Postcommentary]
Another 50 minutes of duels from a good duel session with Phantasmar. Some of these fights were a little swingy, but I figured I would sit down to talk over the footage in the hopes that somebody might find it helpful. I used the same build basically the entire time, with minor change of booster partway through because Tokonatsu called out to me.
The majority of these fights explore the strengths of the TE Quad in a duel setting, where I am forced to fight it with weapons I don't actually want to use, and rely on VTFs and the rifle to secure the kill on an AC that threatens me with Blue Lock Zlatkos. Phanta's Quad setup is a little different from what you'd normally see, and has single shoulder arms and consequently higher firing stability than normal.
This also goes to show that you can put up a pretty good fight in a heavyweight with Streks and VTFs, but it isn't going to win all of your battles for you just because you asked it nicely.
