Turning on the Large Hadron Collider
I started this project back in 2016, but with the start of university and other things I slowly fell away from editing. Whenever I reminisced about editing, this project always came to mind, and several times over the years I opened the project file to try resurrect it.
Now in final year, and taking an animation module, I've had the opportunity to revisit the project and finally give it my attention. It's not perfect, and I'm not 100% confident about the pacing, but for me this video symbolises closure on the editing community and that part of my life. Some of the scenes were created over 4 years ago - a lot has happened since then - so it's been cathartic to work on a piece of art that existed unfinished through all of that, finally being completed in my last semester of education.
