I thought I'd save this Video Mix - put together by VJ Optique around 2010 or so - from its own declining quality, as Youtube reencodes low resolution videos that used to be encoded at a higher bitrate/quality level at very low bitrates now when they didn't used to, because, ostensibly, new videos are published in those resolutions mainly for phone users today. So, low bitrate videos optimized for streaming in situations when you're traveling or are in a location where 5G signals won't penetrate but 4G LTE signals will, such as in big buildings or in a basement or something, or are in a part of the world where 5G adoption hasn't extended (I believe the 2G, but not the 3G, network is still even available as a second fallback option.)
Of course, I upscaled this to 4K. And I think I think it came out surprisingly well for the minimal amount of effort I put into it. Just don't pause it and look at the eyes, facial restoration is a bitch especially at low resolutions especially in video, but when it's in motion it's fairly convincing.
