Inadvisable location for a new home?
We've put up a nice new birdbox, all mod cons, security porch etc. We're hoping it will be tenanted soon. In the meantime some folks like to do their own thing ... a cast iron fortress would seem to be good ... should have had a proper search done though ... that site is definately on a flood plain :-O
