My hope is that others take the code, instructions and design I created and truly make a difference in the world wherever they may be. This project is entirely open-source and you can find all the details, instructions, design and code here:

The basics are an Arduino NANO with free code, a battery, MQ2 Smoke, LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and CO (Carbon Monoxide) sensor. A simple circuit board (the design of which I have made free to the world) and a dog chew toy enclosure round out the project.
Almost anyone should be able to build one of these wherever they may be in the world at a total cost under $30. My hope is that it truly makes a difference in the world.
