Nice for my use case
Maybe I'm getting old, or maybe it's the fast approaching "Pancake Day", but I've recently started to enjoy making them. Well, eating them at least. Recently diagnosed with diabetes, shop bought, premade pancakes are a no go, as they always contain sugar. That's not to say pancakes are particularly ideal in my circumstances regardless, but anyway... I initially tried using a rubbish, wide IKEA branded spatula and it was a messy disaster. I didn't, though, give up on my dream of warm, well formed and thin pancakes... Strictly speaking, more like crepes... with a bit of light sweetner (sadly) sprinkled on top. I just needed the right implement. And this is it. Nice.
