This beautiful composition by Yu-Peng Chen is the daytime BGM at Qingce Village in Liyue Chapter. This harp interpretation seeks to capture the tranquility of the journey to Mt. Qingce, exploiting the harp's unique timbral qualities with some lush glisses, soothing harp tones and colourful articulations. Not just the beauty of the open-world exploration, the literal mandarin translation of the composition really paints a delicate imagery of nature and its gracefulness in the most elegant literary charm possible. The name exudes an air of elegance and poetic beauty about the passing mountain breeze.
This piece is just one example of the many Genshin Impact tracks, of which their meanings and the underlying inspirations are reminiscent of classical Chinese poetry beauty. This is the first Genshin Impact piece I started, after which then sparks motivation to explore other pieces of similar elegance.
