We Need to Talk About Zoos
I've been troubled by the death of Falco the Eurasian eagle-owl. I wanted to discuss the ethics of zoos, wildlife release, and conservation to better understand the context around this death. I discuss Przewalski's horses and why conservation "success" stories should be taken into context. How can we best serve wildlife inside and outside of zoos?
