Perhaps what is needed to experience contentment in this hectic-paced world is not a new set of guidelines, but an old one. Siddhartha Gautama lived 2,500 years ago, but his wisdom still resonates. The first video in this series recalled his early history, and explained how he became the Buddha. In Part 2, we began to explore his Four Noble Truths, which outline how to find happiness and purpose in today's culture. The fourth Noble Truth consists of a practical eightfold path to follow along life's journey. This video, Part 3 in the series, explores the first two stops along that path.
