Microchip's (EBI) External Bus Interface & (DMA) Direct Memory Access + SSD1963
A look at how I use the DMA controller to increment the EBI bus.
ISSI SRAM IS62WV51216BLL 512k addressable locations with 16 bit data bus. 8 Megabit.
Microchip's EBI datasheet is wrong!
The mem size bits are wrong. (See EBI Data Sheet)
if 00100 = 512 KB is used for my 512Kbit ISSI SRAM, it can't hold 384000 words.
