How to use Live Sales [BeLive Tutorial]

Welcome to BeLive tutorials! Live streaming is a great way to promote your products or services. Here’s how you can do that using our Live Sales feature!

Live Sales feature works best with Modern Theme so let’s first click on Branding and select it under the Themes section. Don’t forget to click Apply afterward.

Click the Live Sales icon from the toolbar to create your first shopping list. Here, you can name it and add the first product by uploading a photo. Upload as many items as you want. Note that adding the name, price, description, and product link are optional. To send a comment with the product link to your audience when the item is on screen, simply tick the box above.

Push the item to the staging area by clicking the arrow button. Ready to show your products to the audience? Click Show in Stream to move the item to the broadcasting section. Scroll through the items easily using the arrow buttons. Once live, the product link will also be sent through the comments section if you ticked the box earlier. You will see it under Public Chat on the right side of the studio. Note that you can only send a link when broadcasting to Facebook pages or YouTube. The product link will be sent out 3 seconds after the item is displayed.

If there are 2 active sources in the broadcasting area, the product name, price and description will all be displayed. If there are 3 or more active sources, the layout will change and only the price of the item will be displayed.
