NO HOP pale ale update
A few weeks ago, I brewed a pale ale without using any leaf or pellet hops. I used Flex for the bittering addition, which is a hop extract, and I used Spectrum Galaxy for the late hop addition. Spectrum is a new hop extract used for late hopping or dry hopping.
This is an update on the beer that has finished fermenting and what I thought about it. Will it be a keeper or a drain pour?
