No Hop galaxy pale brew day
Today I'm brewing a "No Hop" galaxy pale ale inspired by Darkstar's Hophead Galaxy limited edition they did over 10 years ago, which was so memorable I still think about that beer today.
Instead of using any leaf or pellet hops, I'm going to use Flex for bittering and Spectrum Galaxy as a dry hop addition, both of them being liquids so there are no vegetal hops in the kettle or fermenter to absorb any of the beer.
