Why NFTs failed to overthrow fine art

NFTs are not fine art. Fine art just being what you're accustomed to seeing in a museum. It has identity, history, and an ambition greater than its physical form.
NFTs are uninspired and have been manufactured for the sole purpose of hoarding money. Seriously. Its baked into the whole scheme.
NFTs flew into the mainstream under the disguise of innovation, but have only brought more of the same vulgar greed and hollow motivation.
I wrote this video a year ago, so the popular consensus on NFTs these days is pretty in line with what I discuss here. Hopefully this can just offer some inspiration or act as a rudimentary guide to realign the medium.
