Resident Evil 3 Remake Demo on Linux with Steam Play Proton - Valve compatibility layer
The performance with this specific config I7 3770 + GTX 970 : Min 52 FPS - Max 97 FPS (see PC configuration and Tweaks used below) .. The graphic settings are detailed in the beginning of the video..

TWEAKS
Disable the compositor .. in KDE you can do that with SHIFT + ALT + F12
Use the performance mode for intel CPU : you can easily set this up using this command line
"echo performance | sudo tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor"
(It is essentially the same as game mode from Feral)
In Nvidia control panel disable opengl settings : put "Allow Flipping" to disabled
STEAM LAUNCH OPTIONS: [only try this with Nvidia GPU]
