When my family asks me to bake a pie for tea, I make it using this recipe. The pie is simply amazing! The pie dough recipe is truly delicious! The dough is simply delicious, fluffy! I bake a soft, airy, and delicious pie with apples, pears, peaches, or any other fruit! Bon appétit and have a great time, friends!

RECIPE
2 eggs (room temperature)
250 g flour (sifted)
130 g sugar
50 g butter (softened)
125 ml milk (room temperature)
a pinch of salt
7 g baking powder
8 g vanilla sugar
For the filling
4-5 peaches (fresh) (depending on the size of the peaches)
For the streusel
80 g sugar
100 g flour
7 g vanilla sugar
80-100 g butter (cold)
Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes
