A delicious, vibrant Watermelon Cake for watermelon season: light, moist, and tender. It's easy and quick to make, and perfect for a holiday or just with tea.
RECIPE.
Sponge Cake
Spinach - 100 g
Eggs - 2
Flour - 35 g
Sugar - 50 g
Lemon zest - from 1 lemon
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Bake at -180°C for 20 minutes.
Curd Layer
Cream cheese - 250 g
2. 20% sour cream - 500 ml.
3. Sugar - 200 g.
4. Vanilla sugar - 10 g.
5. Water - 50 ml.
6. Gelatin - 20 g.
Berry Jelly
Blueberries
