The Baby In Yellow horror game is a short creepy little babysitting horror game which takes place over three chapters and sees you carry out babysitting tasks like feeding the baby, changing its nappy and putting it to bed. This is no ordinary baby thought, and the devil spawn has a habit of sneaking away, opening doors and even partial to levitation.
The babysitting horror game was developed by Team Terrible in just 48 hours for the GMTK Jam 2020 and is available to download from ItchIO. This post Jam version contains enhanced features including better lighting, more spookiness, particle effects and some clever head nods to their inspiration "The King In Yellow".
The game is around 10 minutes and the lack of a soundtrack does limit the the experience a little but The Baby in Yellow is still an excellent short horror game that does a great job of turning a cute little baby into the scariest devil spawn imaginable.
This horror babysitting simulator hits all the right notes, and is accompanied by some very nice physics effects on the babies movement. The Baby In Yellow game should be experienced with the lights on, and with at least one other person in close proximity so that you may receive medical promptly should your fear get the better of you... joking, it's not that bad.
